“I had the pleasure of dining in the restaurant on multiple nights during my three-night stay. The menu changes daily, which allowed me to sample a variety of dishes. Every meal was a delight, showcasing the talents of Chef Alex Hay. I particularly enjoyed the duck dish, which was cooked to perfection, and I can't recommend the Scotch Egg appetizer enough.
